I have been in the kitchen since I was a child, inspired by my grandmother's culinary secrets. This early enthusiasm for cooking developed into a life passion over the years.
Growing up in South Tyrol, in a small side valley of the Vinschgau Valley, I always wanted to discover new things, even as a child. That's why I was drawn to various international restaurants, where I was able to get to know new flavors, products and techniques. Back in South Tyrol, my cuisine was influenced by traditional and Mediterranean influences. My style is characterized by the combination of tradition and innovation. I appreciate the flavors and techniques from all over the world, which I combine with modern influences to create new dishes. The selection of the best ingredients and attention to detail are of the utmost importance to me.
