I have been in the kitchen since I was a child, inspired by my grandmother's culinary secrets. What began as an early fascination with cooking has grown into a lifelong passion.

Growing up in South Tyrol, in a small valley of the Vinschgau region, I was always eager to discover new flavors and cultures. This curiosity led me to work in renowned restaurants, where I refined my skills and explored international ingredients, techniques and cuisines. Today, I am based in the Dolomites, where I combine the rich culinary traditions of South Tyrol with Mediterranean influences. My cooking is defined by the balance of tradition and innovation, bringing together flavors from around the world with a modern approach.
